Delivery and Pickup
We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive your sweets with ease and convenience. We provide delivery and setup for your special day if required, or we can organize a pickup. Our delivery services cover central Florida, and we always provide complimentary delivery to guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort.
Payment
When making a purchase, a full non-refundable payment is necessary for orders under $100 to secure your booking and schedule. For orders exceeding $100, a non-refundable retainer fee of $50-$75 is required, which will be deducted from the total balance. The full payment must be settled 24 hours before the delivery date.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If a retainer fee has been paid for and you choose to cancel, the fee is non-refundable because we start buying supplies for your custom orders immediately after receiving payment. If you need to reschedule, please contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate your request, considering our availability and the status of the products.
Payments Accepted
We typically accept payments through Square invoice, which can be sent to you via phone number or email. You will receive notifications and updates about your upcoming payments, and payment can be made using a credit/debit card, bank account, or Cash App. A 2.8% service charge will be applied to the total amount.
We also welcome payments through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, or cash that would require a public meetup in Davenport, FL.
